Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with JOJA! We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please read our return policy carefully:

All On-Sale Items Are Final

All on-sale or discounted items are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any on-sale items unless they arrive damaged.

Promo Codes, Gift Cards, and Sale Items

Items purchased with a promo code or during a sale are not eligible for refunds. These items can only be exchanged if they arrive damaged. Gift cards are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. We will arrange an exchange for the damaged goods. Just send a photo of the damaged item and a description of the issue to info@joja.com.

Full Price Items

Refunds are only available for full-price items. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Refund requests must be made within 15 days of delivery. This also includes sets bought through our "Buy a Set and Save" offer, which falls under the full-price rules.

Process for Returns and Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@joja.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. 

Non USA Residents: All orders are shipped from the US and may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes. JOJA does not cover or assume responsibility for any taxes, duties, fees or VAT that may be required in certain delivery zones. Additionally, if you reject or return your package, we will not refund your payment for you.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 days. For the exact timeframe, you can track your order by following instructions in the order confirmation email you will receive from JOJA.
