Orders generally ship within 5 business days of the purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page. Customers will receive an email with tracking once the order has been packaged and labeled. The tracking will activate after the shipping courier has sorted the package at their facility. 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details and shipping addresses for their orders. Any delays or losses due to inaccurate information will be at the expense of the customer.

US Orders: FedEx and USPS are the primary couriers used in the United States. Shipping times are generally 1-5 business days, but there may be delays due to increased demand and/or the COVID pandemic.

International Standard: international orders are shipped via Asendia who will sort the packages and send them to their destination country. There the packages will be handed over to the local postal courier. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by their local postal courier or tax office. Please contact your local post office, tax office or customs agency for more information on importing goods from the United States. Shipping times are generally 1-4 weeks, but there may be delays due to increased demand and/or the COVID pandemic.
